What ages do you cater for?
We welcome children from 12 weeks up to 5 years old.
What are your opening hours?
Our nurseries are open from 7:00am – 6:00pm. Some are term-time only, while others open 51 weeks a year. Please check your chosen nursery for specific details on their respective web page.
Are you OFSTED registered?
Yes, all our nurseries are OFSTED registered and regularly inspected.
Do you offer government-funded places?
Yes, we provide free nursery education places for eligible 2, 3, and 4 year olds. (Click “Nursery Fees” for further information.)
What age is my child eligible for government funding?

Settling In & Daily Life
How will you help my child settle in?
We offer flexible settling-in sessions to help your child (and you!) feel comfortable and confident before starting full sessions.
What does a typical day look like?
Our days are structured around a mix of play, learning, outdoor time, meals, and rest. Activities are age-appropriate and carefully planned to support development.
What meals and snacks are provided?
We provide healthy, balanced meals and snacks prepared on-site. Dietary requirements and allergies are always catered for.
Do children have time to rest or nap?
Yes, we provide quiet spaces and comfortable areas for children who need to nap or rest during the day.
Fees & Bookings
How much does it cost?

Do I need to pay if my child is absent?
Yes, fees are still charged for absences.
Do you accept childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare?
Yes, we accept childcare vouchers and government tax-free childcare payments.
Learning & Development
What curriculum do you follow?
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ensuring your child develops key skills in communication, physical development, and social/emotional growth.
How will I know how my child is doing?
Staff regularly update parents with progress reports, photos, and feedback. We also hold parent meetings to discuss your child’s development in more detail.
Practicalities
What should my child bring with them?
We recommend a bag with spare clothes and appropriate outdoor clothing (wellies, coats, sun hats).
Do you provide nappies and wipes?
Some parents prefer to provide their own. Please check with your nursery to confirm.
What if my child is unwell?
If your child is unwell, we ask that they stay home to rest and avoid spreading illness. We follow the Public Health Agency guidance for return times after common illnesses.
How do you manage allergies?
We work closely with parents to create care plans. All staff are trained in managing allergies.
